In view of the amendment made to Income Tax Rules 31A, it has become mandatory to file details of non-deduction of tds cases in the quarterly TDS return. I am attaching a pdf file for your information. It appears that lot of people are not aware of this amendment. Please bring this to the notice of your known friends and professionals to whom this would be of helpful to them.
