Quick Summary
This discussion addresses whether small business owners with a turnover up to ₹22 lakh, opting for ITR 4 under Section 44AD, must declare their bank account balances. While some financial details are mandatory, the consensus suggests that bank balances themselves might not be strictly required, though other particulars like sundry debtors, creditors, cash, and inventory are. The turnover being below ₹1 crore means a tax audit is not compulsory.

If you are opting for 44ad then you should mention bank balances in itr form. But as your turnover is less than 1 crores rupees you're not liable for tax audit
Under ITR4, Financial details (including bank balance) are mandatory.
Bank balance is not mandatory field however some financial particulars such as sundry debtors, sundry creditors, cash, inventory us required to be filled under 44AD
