Managerial Remuneration

As per section 310 provides that any provision relating to the revision of remuneration are contained in the MOA or AOA or the agreement entered by the company and the person, in case there is no such option than it should be alster by the resolution as required, in case the remuneration is exceed schedule XIII than approval from the Central Government should be obtain,but if the increase is only related to fee for each meeting than approval is not required.
