Management information systems report

MIS - Management Informations  System.

Managements  would normally like to know the happenings in the organisation on exceptional things on periodical basis.

For example 1.Profit,loss, assets,liabilities,cash-inflow,expendirure,updation of statements/books/registers/billing/Bank reconcilliations,debts,statutory payments,tax obligations etc,.

Please understand what are the areas management likes to know and periodicity at what intervals it would like to know .

Based on  the system in vogue in the organisation try to make out the exceptional areas and frame a satetement to be sunmitte to the organisation.

This is a very broad sketch of MIS frame.
