Why a Listed Company shall require to preaper & produce Management Discussion and Analysis Report along with the Director report.?
Pl. friends note that, I need a logical solution not legal one.

For Better Disclosure of Management's Decision and Existing & Future Action Plans which is useful to the Users of these Financial Report specially for INVESTORS / SHAREHOLDERS.

So that the stakeholders/ shareholders would know in which direction the Company is actually going and what are the future prospects....
It is also mandatory under listing agreement to disclose in every Audit Committee Meeting the Management discussion and analysis report on financial conditions and results of operations...
