Main object for online website intermediary

Dear All,

Finally myself gave the following main objects to above Pvt Ltd company:

1. To develop, own, run, administer, operate, facilitate, create, acquire an internet portal providing all sorts of information, including but not limited to list of products available with formers, prices, quantity, quality and location of product to be availed by users of website in making informed decisions about product required, quantity and quality of product and price that will be charged by formers for the products listed.

2. To set up an interface and or put in place, set up, install, acquire appropriate IVRS based telephone help lines along with associated server for creating a via media either through its own resources or contracted third party service providers between formers and users of website for agriculture and related products including but not limited to delivery of products etc. and to put in place appropriate arrangements/infrastructures based on agreeable revenue sharing mechanism both with service providers and their customers.

3. To venture into various other value added services including but not limited to online product reservations, reviewing of specific products etc. wherein the company shall facilitate interactivities between formers and users of website with a view to promote business opportunities for the formers while expanding the scope of services available to its users and to provide a platform for qualitative interaction for its users and all other stakeholders of the agriculture and related products in India and abroad.
