Good Morning.
 
I am Bhargav Nathwani from Rajkot Gujarat. I have some serious issue regarding my Articleship Registration. I have Passed my IPCC Exams in May-2012 with Both Groups. But, still my Articleship Registration with Institute is pending because of form-112. I am also doing B.com with Regular college. And I already joined my Articleship from 20-08-2012 but same is not registered  with institute due to form-112. ( Permission of other course ).
 
Our college timings are 7:30AM To 10:30AM only. So we are joining office before 11:00AM (As per rules of council ) but our college principal is not agree with us. They told us that, he write timing of college till 1:00PM in the form-112. That is not at all real.
 
This is the problem and I would like to tell some facts that, This is intentionally target to harm career of CA students.  You people don’t have satisfactory answer of this issue. I have this problem from last 4 Months. I meet many people regarding this issue in institute. But they were unable to help me. Institute should support and co-ordinate to students regarding this issue rather then to ADVICE FOR DROP THE GRADUATION.
 
Institute is also not accepting latter of our principal (Chartered Accountant where I join Articleship) which contains actual facts that, we are joining office before 11:00AM and working. Institute don’t have trust on Member of ICAI ???? This is what going with Institute I am not able to understand. Please give me positive and satisfactory answer.
 
I am hearing Mr. Jaydeep Shah in many conferences and he always told about transparency with students increases by Institute then please help me in regards. Here It is highly required.

Well done Bhargav. I know you are cent percent correct. I seriously appreciate this step taken by you. I can understand that there are some Commerce colleges who don't want their students to pursue CA. Most of the professors in Commerce Colleges just don't like CA Students. The main reason is that they envy us. They know very well that we CA students will soon be smarter than them. And I suggest you to further attach a copy of a prospectus of your college or any other official document which shows your college timings. Good Luck bro. I know you are right and you will get justice.

yes , Institute given me in wrriten that without proper submmission of form-112 registration not possible..

its a Good move u took.

But u knw the Fact man.!

This is India, u got to be diplomatic but during this course do not harm anyone.

My advice to you...drop that Bcom from current course provider.

and switch to IGNOU,Trust me no one s gonna ask you...Where u did bcom from...

 

Do so ,if the above requested letter ,of yours doesnt get any reply..

 

Trust me its not gonna make a inch of difference ,irrespective of wheresoever you do ur bcom...

 

The reason am asking you to swtich,u need not dance on the fingers of the hyprocrat College principal until u get through ur bcom,for rest of the period...

 

And think Practically The ICAI will always be in a Fix concerning this because...

There are more valid encounters ,to trust College principal rather than Member Principal,due unfortunate dummy articelship practices..

Form 112 is applicable for post graduation course and other professional course not graduation ie.B.Com please let me know since this is what my friend told me and I am also new in this profession.

Form112 is applicable for B.com also if you are pursuing it from a regular college.

U should meet the concerned  officer at the regional chapter where u got registered for articleship and solve your problem in person.

Additionally u should also write to ICAI using e-sahayaata function available on icai website.

look ICAI will not able to do any thing for u in this matter because problem is with ur college and u choose the college before well knowing offical timing , i am not in favour or against the college but look college also tied with univsevity so they have offical time system so u cant blame college for it , though u leaving college on 10 or 11 but on paper picture is different 

so u have only one option to switch to external B.com without full time collge 

so no such mail will do any help

Its required when we are going threw regular classes of B.com....

As I explain in latter I already meet many persons F2F also..but they are not able to help me.. all r having 1 answer I should leave B.com classes for that..

on e-sahaayata.. they write only one line.. registrstion must done as per rules of council...I already done 2-3 times...

If you have other option then pls tell me......
