machine hiring waybill
we are in hiring of machinery on daily and monthly basis. when we send machine on daily hiring basis then waybill is required? what value we have to put in e-waybill invoice? machine value or hiring charges? as we will be paying GST on hiring charges only.

Yes, I'm having the same query... Also can anybody clarify what value to be taken in invoice if the machine is been let out on monthly basis for unknown period... Do we raise a e way bill at every month...?
No body knows rental terms all ca fails
For each movement of the machine you (supplier / recipient / transporter )have to generate the e_waybill ( if applicable) .For Intra State movement each sate has its own minimum value (e.g for west bengal it is Rs 1 Lakh)
For inter state movement the value is Rs 50,000.
Better to put the cost value of the machine.
