You have to apply LUT for the financial year 2019-20.

it is already availed. but my invoice is raised in FY 2018-19
You can use the LUT which is in FY 18-19 in March-19 invoice...
Yes Right, If invoice is related with 18-19, LUT for the same financial year will apply.
If TAX invoice is prepared in 2018-19 (April to March ) the LUT will be of the 2018-19 (April to March)
