Lut for direct export
Dear experts
we are having Manufacturing Plant and Trading Plant with Separate ECC No. and had applied LUT and get approval from Excise for Manufacturing Plant not Trading Plant.
My doubt is whether LUT is required for Trading Plant?

No. LUT is not required for trading goods.

whether any bond is require for export from Trading unit?
whether ARE-1 is require for export from trading unit?
Bond/Lut is a mutual aggreement between us and excise for claiming duty if the dutiable goods are not exported from India.
Your case the goods is not exciseable, so you can export with your IEC code of the trading unit.
No sir in our trading plant all goods are exciseable goods only.
we are exporting the goods from our trading plant to outside india directly (Direct Export) without bond/LUT.
Whether ARE-1 is required or not for direct export from Trading Plant?
