Dear Neeteshji, We have same issue in one of our client by filling LUT Application Acknowledgement generated but due to system issue or portal issue ' Page not found' appear and later we are not able to download the acknowledgment of LUT. Now Custom officer is demanding for Acknowledgment of LUT. They are not ready to accept ARN which we received in Email and also not accepting LUT application which is able to download from the portal. they are demanding Acknowledgement of LUT.
We also tried to contact GSTN Help Desk they repied You can Download it one time only once the page is disconnect you will not able to download the the Acknowledgement of LUT .
If anyone have solution for this please reply. as custom officer is not ready to accept only ARN no. or LUT Application which is able to download from GST Portal.
2 options are available :
1.) File a fresh application.
2.)Enter details in attached word file and then print it as pdf.
