can someone from u guys tell me how to get Acknowledgement of LUT. Acknowledgment of LUT is asked by custom officers at Nepal border. I have the application form which is downloaded from gst portal but now they are asking for acknowledgement of application for LUT. They have shown the acknowledgement submitted by another taxpayer as well. How to get the same? please help its on urgent basis.

You can get acknowledgement in online under user services under my submissions

its not showing over there, anything else we can do in order to get the same.
One of my client has got the acknowledgment for LUT ans has been asked by custom people, he got the ack from another CA and now I have to get the same as soon as possible. plz help

bro this is the major issue if u have filed the LUT acknowledgement is generated at that time only and u have to download at that time only and if u havent download it that time u cannot download again

yes this is the issue

try by tracking arn or convince the custom officer

@ john - u r right. i hv furnished a new LUT n saved d ack after submitting d same. issue has been resolved now.

Dear Neeteshji, We have same issue in one of our client by filling LUT Application Acknowledgement generated but due to system issue or portal issue ' Page not found' appear and later we are not able to download the acknowledgment of LUT. Now Custom officer is demanding for Acknowledgment of LUT. They are not ready to accept ARN which we received in Email and also not accepting LUT application which is able to download from the portal. they are demanding Acknowledgement of LUT.

We also tried to contact GSTN Help Desk they repied You can Download it one time only once the page is disconnect you will not able to download the the Acknowledgement of LUT .

If anyone have solution for this please reply. as custom officer is not ready to accept only ARN no. or LUT Application which is able to download from GST Portal.
