To apply for a Lower TDS/WHT Certificate for the FY 2024-25, I was informed that the last date of application is 31st March 2024. Can someone confirm if this is correct.

I think you have to file form 13. You can get your certificate even after deadline. What is the tds section because it's applicable only for some tds is what online search suggests
