iam working in a firm take home salary is 15,000/- INR( Cash)PM, at the same time my current CTC is showing in Company books of accounts is 1,33,000/-PA (ESI and Pf Deducted on randomly attendance ), now my question is what are the difficulties i face while changing my job without effecting my take home salary (15000) , please give me suggestions and help me for career planning ,thank you.
According to me there is no as such difficulty faced by you due to this issue while changing a job. But it's happen than interviewer (New Job Company) not considered your salary as 15,000/- bacause you don't have any proof to show you salary, he will consider you salary as low, and offer you less salary as compared to if he will Suppose to offer you, if your salary is 15,000/-
