I lost user id and password of service tax number. How to regain/retrieve it? let me know.

Hi,
Write a Letter to the Superintendent of your jurisdiction stating that you have lost the User ID and Password due to computer failure and request them to regenerate/reissue the User id and password.
yes..they will email on the registered email I'd in few hours.
