Lost share certificates

Hi,

A procedure needs to be followed in case of lost share certificates for the issue of duplicate share certificates

1.File FIR

2.Inform the company about the same.

3.Ask company regarding format of following-

i) Indemnity bond

ii)Affidavit to be executed.

iii) Newspaper publication that you were the owner of shares and same have been lost

Send the same to company after executing the same.

Within prescribed time company will issue you duplicate share certificates. Expenses to be borne on your behalf
