Lost rank card
i cleared my cpt in 2011 december i am giving my ipcc now.unfortunately i lost my cpt rank card in shifting dont know how i searched a lot for it but dint succeed. can i get a copy of my rank card from icai.i have the net downloaded copy of results and hall ticket with me.can any one help me out. please

You can simply file an application and submit it to ICAI regional office along with your details. You can even attach the duplicate of your documents along with application to expedite the process.
You'll surely retrieve your lost marksheet. And you have to pay some money as well around 50 or bit higher..

Regional office will not issues certificates.............

You are required to furnish the following details / documents with your request:

| If you furnish a copy of Pass / Rank Certificate or correct articles registration number, Month & Year of appearance and roll number, the duplicate Pass / Rank Certificates are issued normally within twenty days of receipt of your request complete in all respects. |
Sorry but my every problem has been resolved at icai vishwas nagar ...n I have submitted every application n other document only to that branch.
