xyz. pvt. ltd is a subsidiary of ABC public ltd. since the xyz pvt. ltd incurring havy losses, is there any requirment in ABC public ltd. for such losses??????????

ABC will be requried to be make the provisions fo losses incurred by subsidiary co in it's books. However the same wud be disallowed if 115JB is applicable.
