Loss of password and e mail id

Use the forgot password option & reset it. You can as well update u'r email id also

Go to forgot password.

Enter PAN

Select Last year E-Filing Acknowledgement No and Bank No. details.

Fill up the details.

Reset the password.

After Login, update your e-mail ID.

Send an e mail to "validate @ incometaxindia.gov.in" with following details :

Name :
Father's name :
DOB
Pan no :
M no :
Contact Add:

                                                         Kindly send a mail to validate @ incometaxindia.gov.in by saying this that I have changed my CA this year and I don't know password and security question answer and e-mail address and I am not able to re-gain password at income tax site by using forget password facility and you will have provide them following details

name

father's name

DOB

PAN No

Address

                  If you will not write above sentence to them , they would say you to use the forget password facility and you are not able to generate the new password by facility , so please write these sentence to them and details they will send the new password within 2 days
