Loop Holes In IT Act 2000 or Essential Amendments
IT Act came to be enacted in the year 2000 when it got sanction on 17th. After that initially there were not much cases reported and even if reported then not many reached finality ... but now almost after passage of Eight Years i.e. in 2008 .. we have come across several cases in practise and also through media... No Doubt when it comes to the issue of practising the Act then one starts facing the difficulties in the Act in terms of Section its procedure and its applicability Thus, please pen down those sections or issues which u think needs amendments or re-thinking by the legislature... please also mention your facts of the case if required. I hope we can provide some good inputs for Legislature, when in future it think of amending the act, though a proposal is already pending in that regard.
