Looking for first auditor

Hello,

I have just registered a company and need to declare my first auditor. My current CA is asking a lot of money yearly to handle all the responsibility of company auditor.

Please let me know what is should an idea fee for CA as auditor yearly. My company is an IT startup company and have client from outside India too. Average turnover will be around 30 Lacs yearly.

Let me know your yearly fee as well as what exactly you handle being an auditor of my company and we are located in south west Delhi.
