Login Issue in GST Portal

I have my GST number but the filing was done through a Practitioner. Now, the practitioner has left India and I am unable to contact him via email/mobile.

His email/mobile are registered in my account and I am not aware of my username/password. When I try to click on "Forgot Username/Password", then OTP is sent to the Practitioner's number and email address.

How can I recover my account?

Your local gst officer can change the email and password for you
after the change you login to your portal and change your email id and password

You need to visit your local GST officer or contact GST Helpdesk.
