local host 3010 error

Uninstall the offline utility.
Clear the chrome chache memory and install it again.

Local Host 3010 and refused to connect Error.

Completely uninstall GST offline Utility using Add/Remove (Programs & Features) Program in Control Panel. If you have an Uninstaller, please remove traces of GST Offline Utility after Uninstalling the same.
Right Click on My Computer ->Manage->Services & Applications->Services. Roll down to “GSTOffline”.  You can see “GSTOffline64” also under that. If it is located, Close the Services Window and Hit Windows Key+R and run “regedit”.  Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GSTOffline and GSTOffline64 Right click on GSTOffline and GSTOffline64 and Delete the entries one by one. Restart the computer Install latest version of Offline Utility.

Try it on some other system (computer)

First of all please ensure that the Java version is updated one. If it is updated , then do the important following step.

Download latest Java version from

https://java.com/en/download/

Double click on the 'GST Offline Tool' icon on the desktop. 

Open your browser , preferably chrome browser- and enter following address in the address bar and hit Enter key

https://localhost:3010/

It will definitely work.

REINSTALL WINDOW IS LAST SOLUTION BUT THAN I FIND THAT REMOVE GST OFFLINE UTILITY AND NODE UTILITY ALSO REMOVE 

WHEN I REMOVE NODE AND GST UTILITY AND AGAIN I INSTALL GST UTILITY NODE IS AUTOMATICALLY INSTALLED

SO MY PROBLEM SOLVED 

SO NOT NECESSARY TO REINSTALL WINDOW.
