If as person has two houses of which ONE is LET OUT and the OTHER is SLEF OCCUPIED.In this case he has taken a loan on the both the properties togehter. Then in this case can he claim DEDUCTION u/s 24 for interest for both the properties.

yes..Section 24 deduction can be claimed on Let Out Property as well as Self Occupied Property.

Hi My company is denying Home loan Interest benefits to me. They have concern that i am not the owner as the registery is name of my wife. When loan is in my name, payments are being made by me. Why can't i get interest benefit. Shouldn't i be treated as deemed owner for income tax purpose......... Thank You |
