Can a subsidiary and WOS company can provide loan to its holding company.

in my opinion this does not make any sense... because subsidiary companies are funded by the holdling company itself..how can these suppose to fund holding
It's not compulsory that subsidiary company funded by holding company every time. Holding co. aquire certain % of shareholding by different method.
yes as per companies act 2013 there us no such bar
