Quick Summary
This discussion explores loan eligibility for a £10-12 lakh loan when an individual has only filed one tax return for the 2018-19 period and earns £3 lakh annually. The consensus is that eligibility is low with only one year's return and this income level. Suggestions include contacting banks and NBFCs for specific income requirements, considering a co-applicant to increase eligibility, or exploring business loan options from institutions like Lendingkart or Bajaj Finserv that may consider current account transactions instead of ITRs.
Lendingkart Bajaj finserv IDFC first bank HDFC bank Tata Capital are few institutions which provides business loans for business with out ITR seeing the 12 months transaction of current account and od and have there some rules and regulations research and consult and if you find ok then approach
