Dear Experts,
I am converting one LLP to Private Limited Company and doing the same through SPICe+ form. In that I am being asked to fill URC-1 as well. In URC-1 there is one mandatory attachment of "No objection certificate from the concerned Registrar of Firms or Registrar of Companies(LLP)".
Can anyone tell me from where to obtain this No objection certificate. Someone told me to file URC-1 first through old PDF mode, get approval and then come back again to SPICe+ but if I do so then the same will lead to duplicate filing of URC-1 since SPICe+ will again automatically asking to fill URC-1.
