LLP Requirement

1. File LLP agreement with MCA within 30 days of incorporation
2. Submit online PAN Application in Form 49A for the LLP and the acknowledgement of the same shall be signed by the designated partner of the LLP. This signed document shall be sent to NSDL and they would send you the PAN within 20 days or so

I think also you have to fill form no 3 .

After the incorporation, file Form 3 within 30 days of incorporation.
