Please make the changes accordingly.

Note: Take into consideration the clauses mentioned in the orignal Agreement wrt Admission and resignation of Partner  while drafting supplemntal Agreement

ALSO WANTED TO ASK THAT CAN WE FILE ADMISSION CUM RETIREMENT DEED AT THE SAME TIME??

OR WE HAVE TO FILE IT SEPARATELY?

Hi,

You can execute only one LLP Suplemntal agrement for both retirement and admission of a pertner, if date of event is same.

or  else you need to excecute and file seperately.
