Dear Members,
I had filed Fom 2 day before and it got approved yesterday i.e 15th October, 2010... Now Form 3 and 4 is to filed ..i have a doubt that it is to be filed within 30 days of which date????
And Secondly in company formation Certificate of incorporation is recieved through email and later hard copy... wat about in LLP...how will i recieve the Certificate of Incorporation...bkoz LLPIN will be required in For 3 & 4...
In MCA through master data all details are shown...But IN LLP site is there any link to see the details as shown in MCA Masterdata.
Please guide me
