Can a Limited Liability Partnership use the word "India" in its name ? Whether there is any additional requirement to bwe complied with for the same as required in case of a company ?

Naming guidelines are same for Company and LLP
Yes but the Capital should be atleast Rs. 50 Lakhs
is the chart of Authorised capital reqment which is applicable to company is also applicable to LL.P ????

Yes the same is applicable for LLP too.

We had applied for LLP name and the ROC approved it subject to us including -'India' in the name and our capital was only 2 lacs. We included the India in our name and the same got approved.
