Llp incorporation
I need to incorporate a LLP for which I have a query regarding address proof.
We have seen a premises for the registered office for the LLP. The landlord is asking for Certificate of Incorporation without which he is not ready to enter into rent agreement. On the other side if I want Certificate of Incorporation then I need to upload copy of Rent Agreement. What should I do, please advise.

Make a tentative clause, about the rent agreement to be effective only after submission of required certificate.
