Yes, the creation of a LLP is possible in such a scenario. If however there is just one such project to be carried out, then the LLP form can be used either as a SPV or may be dissolved at the end of the project on consent of all partners or in the alternative, could be carried forward for other projects under the same/ similar arrangements. This model has been followed earlier in India by Godrej. Refer to the link:
