The most awaited DPIN/DIN is activated by MCA. This is only to appoint in existing llp and not the new llp. I have doubt whether new llp din started from tommorrow or not.

Rule says to inform RoC if there's change in particular, thus existing designated partner holding DiN or DPIN are not necessarily required to file dir 6 form.
