Llp commencement date

Hello Everyone,

My LLP was recently incorporated on 15th of Nov, 2014. And my LLP Draft was filed on the 21st of Nov, 2014.

I would like to know if I could start the business immediately and issue invoices or would I have to get a letter of commencement from the ROC? Because as far as i know the Certificate of Commencement of Business is only for Public & Private Ltd companies. I'm not sure about the LLP bit of it.
