LLP audit requirement

sir,LLP contribution as per deed is 30 lakhs.but partners brought only 20 lakhs.whether audit is required?

1st important , partner shoul bring entire contribution. And second audit is required .

sir, what if contribution not brought in current year?in that case audit is required?
