Is shareholder & remuneration committee mandatory under listing ?

No Remuneration Committee is the non mandatory requirement under clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
However, Shareholders Committee is mandatory under Listing Agreement under Clause 49.
Remuneration Committee is formed as per Schedule XIII but Shareholder Grivances Committee is requirement of Clause 49
