List of relatives

Dear Bhavini,

You need to mention Names of the relatives, if any, holding office of profit in the Company and/or its Subsidiary(ies).

Dear Mr. Mihir,

A cousin (Mr. A) of director (Mr. B) who is also a director in the Company is being paid commission annually in the Company. So does that mean the director (mr. A) is holding a place of profit in the company?

So should director Mr. B mention the name of Mr. A in the form 24AA?

In a private Co. where both husband and wife are directors

The Wife should disclose indirect interest also as being interested through husband.

but every detail need not be mentioned.

Pls find the attached format which requires disclosure of only the partnership firms of spouse and relatives.
