hi rakesh u have to go to www.dvat.gov.in>then in left side u find a bar click on Acts>dvat scheduled then a window will be open>click to run/save this file but quit possible the up vat may differ in some commodity however more or less all the state vat forms r same such as goa and delhi in 4 % WHICH IS IN III schedule .
