dear team,

can the GST will block if we will not link the GST with bank with in 44 days,??

If the GSTIN of the account holder is not updated in the records of the bank, then the account holder will not be able to avail input tax credit on such bank transactions.

As I understand, if GSTIN is not updated, neither bank account nor GSTIN would be blocked.

If you will not update Bank account in GST registration within 45 days, than GSTIN will not block your registration, it will continue

but after 45 days, Officer can take appropriate action as the case may be.
