Limited Revision to AS whether applicable to may2010

Whether Limited Revision to Accouting Standards applicable to this May 10 for CA Final Old syllabus, if so then my doubt is, according to Limited Revision to AS 21  the title of AS has been changed

from 

Consolidated Financial Statements 

to 

Consolidated Financial Statements and Accounting for

Investments in Subsidiaries in Separate Financial Statements

then why this is not changed in 'name list' of Accounting Standards hosted on ICAI website, or  in latest Rawat or MPV Book, Same is the case of As23  title also.

so please clarify my doubt, whether the entire  limited revision to AS 1 to 29 will be applicable to MAY 2010.
