I hav an query regarding LLP provisions....
As Per Provision regarding LLP , Small LLPs are exempted from Audit provisions (as I read in point 14 in Students Journal Pg no 15, August 2010)............... but LLPs are require to hold meetings (as I read in point 3 in Students Journal Pg no 14, August 2010)
den my qus. is dt :
if LLP hold SGM (U/s 165) then statutary report is 2 be sent 2 the shareholders at least 21 clear days report, and in such report the sign of Auditor/ Auditors is required...........
jb audit hi nahi hota to auditor ke sign kaha se laaye......?????
i dun kno qus. kaisa h bt mujhe isme doubt h...... plz any1 hlp me ........
