An assessee, being private limited company, is to be converted into LLP. Whether the directors shall be required to obtain new DPIN? or the existing DIN shall be sufficient. Please reply ASAP

existing DIN will be sufficient. 

no requirement to take DPIN

Could you please provide me the specimen of Draft LLP Agreement in case of conversion of Private Limited Company to LLP.
