25 September 2008The number of Tax audits, one CA can do is 45. But so many CAs are signing tax audits more than 45. Is there any suorce of data available to get this statistics that which CA signed how many audits? What is the consequences of signing more than 45 to the client, IT department and the auditor?

In ITR name, PAN and Membership no. of the auditor has to be mentioned. so soon the data will be available online to both the ICAI and the department.
