LIC agent commission

A lic agent got 490000 commission in this financial year. Rs 6100 tds has been deducted. If he files ITR3 , will he get back his money ? or he has to give tax ?

No tax payable, you can file ITR 3 and claim TDS amount

As income is below 5 Lacs as per your information, you will definitely be get refunded.
