What is the liability of a Company Secretary who was the CS of Company as on the date of filing of DRHP but ceases to be associated with that company after filing the DRHP.

here no liability on us to leave the company as per the rule and informe the mca with file the form no. 32.

what i mean to ask is dat whether the cs will be responsible for any wrong information in the DRHP after he ceases to be the cs of the co.if later on some observations comes on DRHP
