Legal compliance to open a coaching institute
Good afternoon sir/mam,
I am a account executive with MBA in finance. But now i want to start a tally coaching center in ramnagar nainital.So please provide how to start this business and what will be the legal formalities regarding this

2. Service tax, whenever liablity arise.
3. Any other registration/permission under local authority
