In my view First you taken the IEC from DGFT after other Law & procedure are applicable.

I am looking forward for list of licenses required as per Excise, Customs, VAT and Service Tax to import and distribute foreign wine in India. The IEC code is very well taken care at our end. Now what next after IEC?
