Leave for appearing in the PCC exam

Hi all

I want to know the correct leave eligibility I have. I started my articleship on 7th March 2007, and will be completing my 15 months of mandatory articles on 6th June 2008, I know that I am eligible to appear in November 2008, but I am VERY VERY CONCERNED about the leave period I can get. I want 3 months of leave for articleship. Am I eligible?

If yes, please do be kind enough to post the link / URL / screenshot that says that one CAN go on leave for 3 months for PCC. Because in the CA Training Guide, there is a clause that says that "trainees" can avail of a maximum 2 months leave. I feel that is ATROCIOUS because all my seniors have gone on leave for 3 months for PE-II
