Lease is a type of agreement between lessor and lessee for transfer of property to lessee for a certain period for specified consideration.
You can understand it ljke taking a property on rent.
Maximum period for lease can be 99 years.

But Sir I have read in some articles that thiz 99 years dosen't apply now a days.. Is it True ??

I do not come to know about any such article.
Government gives land for industrial purpose on lease for a term of 99 years.
Some of my relatives also having such land for 99 years.
But if you know about such article please share the link.
