First of all you should read section with their refrence four to five times . thereafter you shoul try to write aal the section with their sub section and clause which have you read during whole day.next day very first you should rembeber all the section .keep this regularly you will find very good.one thing also whenever you speak about anything you should try to speak with refrence to that section.
Best is to link them. Example: Section 2 defines company and then you need to remember minimum number of members. Try to add 43 = 45. Also remember that maximum members in private limited company are 50 and 50-7 = 43
Why 7? 4+3 = 7.
You will be able to generate numbers. Junior AB in Idea? What an Idea?
Good Luck.
first you divide your course in parts and then read one part with section and revise it when you are confident with first part then start second. you also make note section wise in your own language
Just try learning sections this Way.
(1) SEc.2 of every Act provides the definitions used in the ACt.
(2) as for other sections, while reading a particular chapter, try revising all the previous sections u read.
(3) for example. in Income tax Act, SEc.15-17 provides for Salary, SEc.22-27 provides income from house property, SEc.28-44 provides for "PGBP", SEc.45-54 provides for capital gains, SEc.56-58 provides for 'IFOS'.
now talking about any particular chapter, u know within which limits, ur guess shud be. for example; for any provision of House property, Sec's must range between 22-27.
for deductions. SEc.80 onwards.
clubbing provisions SEc.60-64 and like that.
dis-integrate the Act into smaller chapters and give a particular range to every chapter or topic.
as for learning specific sections, try to understand that u can't master all the Act at one go. u do master it after u give several readings i.e. when u r readiing this way (as provided above) at 3rd or 4th time, u will see u hve started knowing it.
try this way.
